Is breastfeeding obscene?

Well, okay, lets agree on that, it could be that it's obscene for some folks out there, but contrarily to peeing and shitting there are no facilities out there that were specifically made for breastfeeding. While in most civilised countries you'll find toilets available to the public almost at every second corner.

So, when people complain about the obscenity of breastfeeding then they should also be so kind to offer options. But so far, there haven't been presented any alternatives for those mums who'd like to breastfeed whenever they want without having to restrict themselves to just their home.

Of course, and I agree with making such facilities. We get such facilities to allow us to urinate and defecate in privacy why not also facilities optimized for breast feeding? Of course I think it would be cheaper we could just be less prudent about this kind of things and people could be less offended.

Ignoring every body is not "has yet to be argued against" and just because you are interested that doesn't mean any one else has to care.

I will offer you a glass of urine and a glass of milk to drink and see if there is no difference.

We'll then test making mashed potatoes with milk and mashes potatos with shit and see how you respond.

Like I said, you are just being contrary.

No its not. Urinaty infections are actually fairly common and then there are stds.

Also breast milk is consumed and so it doesn't lay around.

Perhaps some people consume pee around here, but generally it is discarded.

Breastfeeding is not obscene, but can't women share it around a bit more?
Surely the baby doesn't need all of it.

I'm told it's possible. However, that wasn't actually the issue:

This is just another occasion when some men assert that women should subject themselves to discriminatory standards because it's easier than men exercising a modicum of dignity and restraint.

In other words, VI advised that the objectors should simply deal with it. I pointed out that they cannot, and asserted that this is another case of men being unable to restrain themselves and blaming women for it. PTP pointed out that they (e.g., male objectors) only want to see breasts when they can either touch them or masturbate to the sight of them— "... fap to them."

But it's a widespread porn concept that yes, women can have orgasms by proper stimulation of the breasts, and I've encountered one or two women who have said they've climaxed that way. Never witnessed it directly, myself.

I am told, however, a purpose beyond sexual gratification. I know a woman who gave birth to her children at home. One obscure technique she used to assist with labor, apparently, was to put a flat, smooth, round stone on one breast as she was in labor. As she worked through her Lamaze breathing, the motion would cause the stone to stimulate the nipple, which allegedly encouraged cervical dilation. A folk method, to be sure, but one that has been vouched for by a woman I trust. I didn't squirt him in the face. I have had the whole gamut of reaction when feeding my son's in public, be it breastfeeding or bottle feeding with expressed milk. The ultimate best was still the woman who banged on my car window and accused me of doing something bad when I had gone to my car and was breastfeeding my son, under a light drape, windows were partially tinted, while at the beach (where there were many women sunbathing topless). I was very upset and cried.

no relevance, unless your asking people to drink breast milk and urine, I'm not, I'm asking people to bare with the sight of seeing breastfeeding and urination, of which their complaint to the sight of either is the same: they don't want to see dicks and boobs, not that the don't want to drink piss, that makes no sense!
 
Men don't like the thought that the only way they could survive long enough to prove their stupidly was because they were dependent on a woman. Women who buy into this anti breast feeding stupidly betray their own nature. Men who compare it to pissing may have been sucking on something else.
