but your provided them the information with full intent on changing their minds, you did change their minds, this you had control over their will while they only believe their action was by their own will.
It's not that I controlled their will. It's simply that I gave them information that allowed them to make a more informed choice.

It's not carefully selected to manipulate opinions. It's just a fact, pure and simple. Breasts are only "obscene" as it were, because we label them as obscene. There's nothing that objectively makes those body parts obscene. Calling that propaganda is like saying it is propaganda if you go around saying the sky is red and I insist it is blue.

Obscenity is a mental concept, to some people breast are obscene, not mentioning those facts while mentioning to the others when trying to "inform the public" is propaganda.
To some people the top of the head is obscene. When does something become noteworthy enough as a fact that it should be mentioned to avoid giving an unbalanced or biased view of things?
its simple to mention obscenity is a mental concepts, that sort of covers it all. We as a society must agree on what we find obscene and what level of minority opinion on what is obscene can be ignored.

Many Muslims cultures get by despite there belief the sight of womens eyes or any skin is wrong. You are I may find this grossly sexist and wrong but there is nothing we can do about it, in their society that what they prefer.
A group's social mores regarding "obscenity" can hardly be based on "objective criterion"; they are instead based on the decisions of the wisest and most powerful group members. The closest we could come to objectively defining the term "obscene" would be to use a definition which has been successfully applied by a group of people for a long period of time. Alternatively, "obscenity" could be objectively defined by religious scriptures from the perception of a religious culture, as it would be believed that such mores are divine law and therefore free from man's subjective nature.
