UFOs (UAPs): Explanations?

I see. youtube videos are more credible as proof of what they purport to show than movies because youtube videos are videos and not movies. Er... okay. Whatever you say.

So, just to confirm: if somebody on that movie set were to say that there was a real, live unicorn there, then you wouldn't take them at their word unless they posted their testimony in a youtube video. But that's only because movies are not to be trusted, whereas youtube videos are infallible. Is that a fair summary of your reasoning on this?

I've never heard anyone claim that and you never quoted anyone claiming that. I'm not worried about it.

What if somebody on a movie set claimed to have seen a UFO?

See, the problem I'm having is that I'm not understanding why you can dismiss claims from movie sets out of hand.

If somebody was to claim that they saw a real live unicorn on a movie set, what then? Would you take that claim at face value, or dismiss it out of hand?

Similarly, if somebody claimed they saw a real UFO on a movie set, would you take that claim at face value, or dismiss it out of hand?

It seems strange that you keep saying "Trust the eyewitnesses. Why would they lie?", but here you are saying that it is impossible for eyewitnesses on a movie set to be telling the truth about what they saw if they report something unexpected or out of the ordinary.

Walk me through your reasoning.
