I had my lip pierced until recently and have 0 gauge plugs in my ears. I just like to have a way to express myself, plus I dont feel like taking them out.

How is putting a piece of metal or glass through your ears/and or lips showing a decline in values?
It shows you don't care what others do even if it's stupid.......so then you'd accept it even if people went crazy and tattooed their entire bodies

No, it shows that people are more accepting of indiviuality. Values have nothing to do with a tattoo or a piercing, in fact tattoos can even serve as an expression of ones values. Maybe your just old fashioned and scared of change?
No, you forgot that I specifically said that I have nothing against tattoos that express religious or ceremonial beliefs.

Cool, well then how about we do the same thing to people of a different race or religion and see where that gets us. Its called stereotyping and usually its not a constructive way to formulate an opinion.

No because I have piercings and am involed in my community and I am educated, or at least being educated.
