Gender is not the same as sex. Sex is determined by chromosomes, reproductive organs, and hormones while gender is a personal and social identity for a man, woman, or non-binary person.

I think it's silly to talk about gender since these days it is as individual as each person therefore the concept is meaningless. It's not something that needs to be communicated.
If your gender feels "fluid" then great. Maybe you are also feeling cold today, or warm or tired or whatever. Who cares? If your sex is female and you feel like wearing a dress today but pants tomorrow and the next day you are feeling "tomboyish", OK.
