Item 2) That Hitler was making plans to drop a rudimentary atomic weapon (which they were trying to devlop) on America with a long range bomber (which they were also trying to develop) is only evidence that he must have thought such a plan was feasible. How you twist this into the notion that everyone was involved in the same scam speaks of your lunacy, not their conspiracy.
Item 3) Nuclear science is taught in nearly every university in the country. Heck, mine even had a sub critical mass reactor that the students would work on. And the reasons for keeping the details of making a nuclear weapon secret should be obvious to any third grader.
Once again you are pointing at nothing and stating that it's evidence of conspiracy. Do you understand the concept of evidence at all?

Item 10) - Where's the contradiction? If you had a critical piece of information to get to the President would you give it to someone you happened to know who knew the President or would you just send it through the post office?

Item 12) No one thought Iraq had nuclear weapons (except apparently you). They thought Iraq was acquiring the components needed to make them.
Item13) Because they're very difficult and dangerous to make and the people who make them keep the details secret (see Item 3).
Item 14) Because they take lots of precautions with nuclear weapons, wouldn't you? Also, nuclear weapons aren't like gunpowder or conventional explosives, they can't be detonated by other explosions, fires, or by dropping them. They're pretty safe until you deliberately detonate them.
