M-69 aimable clusters delivered by hundreds of b-29 bombers can ruin the day for a lot of people. I am sure plenty of people were injured, maimed, killed during the raids on Japan during that period. Nobody is denying that. Google this:

That essay is very telling about what happened in Hiroshima that day. Here is a small sample:

"On 7 August 1945, newspapers in Japan merely printed short articles reporting that b-29 planes had dropped incendiary bombs on Hiroshima, causing some damage."

and this:

"By the summer of 1946, the censorship office in Japan had grown to the extent that it employed 6,000 people, who pored over and listened in on all kinds of communication, from letters and telephone conversations to movies and billboards. The press was censored both prior to and after publication."

and this:

1.) What would the Japanese gain from covering it up?
2.) What did the Jews have to do with it?
 
So, your evidence that there wasn't a nuke consists of Japanese propaganda designed to counteract the psychological effect of the US using a new fearsome and powerful technology?
 
I have banned Cactusneedles for 3 days. The reason for the temporary ban is for both Personal Attacks and Hate posts.

Therefore any posts posted in response to their thoughts can not be answered until after the 3 day temporary ban has finished.

Such threads as this only ever seem to be posted by people to generate emotional retorts and therefore serve no purpose.

If anyone disagrees with this ban, please feel free to strike up a thread in the Open Government section of sciforums.

the power of "Locking" is only possible by Moderators designated with the subforum in question to moderate, of which I am not a moderator of, however we can deal with people that ultimately break sciforums lenient rule-set through bans if and when necessary. For the most part I don't ban people unless they seem just to be here to ulterior motives which the thread starter appears to have been.

for fucks sack... the fastest grown thread for a long time and the muthafucka who started it has beeen banned!!!

Stryder, the guy (cactus) has got some explaining to do so let him do it.

either that or cactus is a big wind up merchant.
