The serpent lives in the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Knowledge of good and is evil is connected to morality and law. Law break down behavior into what is good and what is unacceptable or evil. The symbolism of Adam and Eve shows that women tend to favor law more than do men.
For example, if you look at crime, men are more likely not to choose to obey the law. They prefer free style over the yoke of structure. Women are more obedient to law and have lower crime rates since it is easier for women to maintain the perfection of structure; law. Adam was not attracted to that tree like Eve was.
Women mature earlier in terms of following the basic rules of civilized culture. The boys will tend to break the rules and remain unstructured, longer, away from the social rules and taboos of right and wrong. The symbol of Eve eating first is based on timeless observation of male and female nature. The pioneer male has to break the yoke of all the laws of this contemporaries to find the new way. Females pioneer will stay closer to base rules.
If you look at modern feminism, the original complaint was men discriminated. Even if this was true, there was no legal system of enforced laws. This was done in an open style. For example, there were no laws within corporate america, supported by police and judges, that create a glass ceiling. It was done without formal law connected to jails, lawyers and judges. Some women had the ability to play in this free style.
The females were the ones that wanted the government to create formal laws, that had police, lawyers and judges, to force behavior that favored one group, beyond loose convention; Eve eats first. The men went along with these demands, or Adam eats of the apple, with the result micromanaging laws.
Satan is symbolically connected to women, since this urge to make law creates evil. Lws like prohibitions always create the evil of black market crime. As another example, quota laws (apples) for Eve creates victims/criminals in the sense even males who never did anything as individuals are discriminated by the law, in favor of some women who never had to suffer anything. These receive stolen goods. Law is not pure; Satan effect.
The free style of men in the workforce gave everyone a remote chance since the system was looser and not overseen by jail and judges. Law takes away even the remote chance due to police, jails, lawyers and judges; justice is blind or by the book.
The democratic party in America is more feminized. It is not coincidential that it is also the party that likes to make the most laws and regulations. These two Eves are connected. Republican is more masculine and believe in self reliance and smaller government. This means less law and more free style.
This masculine open style allows the tree of life (natural ingenuity for change). The bible has this tree placed outside the box of law (tree of life is taken away after law appears). By the book does not like change or perturbations. It throws that in jail or tries to destroy it, due to the symbolism of Satan and law.
The continued whine about the glass ceiling is due to men learning to adapt in the jail of law and finding new ways around the box. The females want more law to place the men in a box to make it easier. This will create evil due to the subjectivity of law that attempts to create a one size fits all in a many size world.
