I got involved in reading about Pollack and "EZ" water in a discussion I had on the nutcase site some years ago. (River actually was a participant in that discussion, under the name "current", where he contributed his usual trolly rubbish.) As for polywater, I actually did a small project on that at school in 1972. I got some water in fine silica tubes that did not freeze until about -30C. But that was as far as I went with it.
