Nah. One, he was being ironic. Two, IQ means intelligence quotient. Whether this means he is smart or not is a whole other issue. He does in fact or did in fact have that IQ. It is a test result number. He was telling us his scores. If he had said, I have 140 to 148 and therefore I am smart or very smart, etc., well that would be another kettle of fish, and you would 'have him.' But sorry this fish did not get away, it was never caught.
You also may have a high IQ, Baron, who knows. But if this little chunk of argument was part of an intelligence test you would have gotten it wrong.
