I do not experience what has been or what will be. I rest in 'is' with my case.Think of it like this. <Has been-----is-----will be> is will never be anything more than a point in time, in comparison to the rays of what was and what will yet be.
Get off my case, then.I'd say that yours is lower-case while mine is upper-case.
