Baumgarten was right about the breasts and wrong about the testicles. The mammary glands in the breast produce the milk. This is independent of the breast size since this is dependent on supportive tissues. During pregnancy and after the breasts enlarge due to an increase in size of the lactating tissues.

Sperm has several major components once it is ejaculated and is called semen or seminal fluid. The sperm cells themselves and secretions from the seminal vesicles, prostate and bulbourethral glands.

The quantity of semen therefore produced is dependent on these other components. Since the 'balls' themselves are basically 100% sperm factories it is reasonable to assume that the bigger the balls the more sperm cells are produced...on average.

Interestingly there is one mammalian species in which the breasts of the male give milk, the dayak fruitbat.

Males of the species have large, swollen nipples that lactate. The Dayak fruit bat is the only known mammalian species where male lactation might be standard. Male nipples are still smaller than those of females and produce only about a tenth as much milk. The cause and purpose of this phenomenon is unknown, it may be a side effect of phytoestrogens in leaves in the bats' diet, or it may be an actual adaptation to feed their young.

Some American POWs returning from the Korean and Vietnam Wars also experienced male lactation. - It is speculated that this is the result of either a large amount of stress, or the specialized torturing technique employed by their captors, the unrelented sucking of their nipples.

all I know is her looks. I don't hang our with Hollywood actresses. she might be a great person, but I simply don't find her body especially appealing when you consider other actresses.

But then again it was an extrapolation of existing knowledge. Male nipples are in essence the same as female ones and nipple stimulation induces lactation.
