By the way, if it is a business model, it sucks because I don't see any ads, which is very fine by me, but probably not by the advertisers....
Once you get over a certain number of posts (20 I think) the ads disappear. Try visiting the site logged out, dumbass.
Wouldn't someone get the hint around here that so many people are gone because of the mods? Not all of them. Some are fair and fun. Some are just cruel. 
I used to think the people who complained about the mods were a bunch of pansy-@ss p*ssies who didn't know how to play well with others. Now after receiving several mod attacks, I understand where they were coming from and don't post much here anymore either. What's the point? You're going along just fine and then some mod blindsides you with warnings for bs (stuff he doesn't agree with on a personal level. No personal attacks on your part. No rules violations on your part. You just said something he personally disagrees with, so he keeps slamming you.)
Until the mods in question discontinue ridiculous censorship, the board will keep dropping off and the fun/interesting people will go elsewhere.

Let's say you are an advertiser. Would you be happy with this kind of set up? Your ads having limited views? Sciforums is either trying to make money or it doesn't.

Syzygys your missing the point, Go to the home page, down the bottom click on "who's online" and see how many search bots and guests there are. WAY more than members. would you rather keep the members ad free so they stay and post and draw in the lookers OR exploit the members so they all leave after being feed up with all the ad's????

Me, personally..I've never had a problem with the mod staff...but I also don't get in fights with people.
