Will the US and North Korea go to war with each other within the next few weeks?

The aristocratic cult will not allow deviation from their agenda's as long as they retain power in government. They have power based in law, which transfers to economy (the capitalist system) who's stated goal is to make money. They will vote out any person or law which doesn't support them. They will commit military forces when they feel a threat not to the American people, but to 'their' institutions (not the EPA, or SEC). Their law has one rule - make a profit. If there were one law that had two rules - take care of life, and make a profit, the world would be a different place.

My experience has been that these deadheads start shit during the Christmas holidays (my homies), when it's cold as hell outside. They use the weather against their adversaries, and they don't care how that affects American people as long as they aren't going to be out there.

The reason we don't know whether or not we are going to war is because we don't think like they do, and they don't share their information with others (us). Kim and Trump are equally unpredictable. No point in guessing. I won't know till I see it happening.

Been following a lot of news broadcasts about this subject lately, as well as a few really good S.Korean news blogs. The S.Korean media seems to have the most neutral news coverage of the whole thing in my opinion.

were the US media are "fantasts" or typical "Click bate" headlines to their news, and Twitter-Rump making every thing even worse, and "USSR idealist" Russian news coverage is very biased as well.... N.Korean news not even worth mentioning here...
Japan news and news blog does have seveal good points in their coverage...

but all in all id go with the S.korean news outlets ive watched, the chances for an actual war is very very slim. Its like setting the doom clock at 11.59 but at the last minut theres a steel pin preventing it to hit Midnight.

The economical repocussions are to severe for the US to even consider going in to a war.

If i do my best to analyze it all, id say playing warmonger is the BEST THING IN THE WORLD for both Trump and Kim, they are using it, the same way the romans used the Colluseum to have people forget what really matters. Having people spend less time on so many other subjects that are very important
and things we SHOULD be spending our time on, is not attractive to Trump. And for Kim, the threat of war, is an aid to help keep hes "Back-land" in check.
 
The Chinese are ordering the Norks to clean up their nuclear program lest parts of China become part of a catastrophe. Kim has to be feeling a bit alone right now.
 
Well there is growing talk now of a blockade, it does seem like the next logical step after catching smuggling of petroleum to North Korea. Now was this smuggling done with state consent (states other then North Korea) or by corperate and private actors looking to make some black market money, at this time that is not public knowledge (although certainly not knowledge Trumps knows as he knows nothing)

Could a blockade happen? And if so either North Korea finds a way around out, or has to start sinking ships, which could make them out as the aggressor and give Trump the propaganda ground for a full out invasion.

With Iraq the consensus seems to be that an agreement between all the parties should have be achieved at the UN

Is there now a feeling that this cannot be got with N Korea?

The US and its allies are contemplating unilateral action?

What will China do if not on board?

Resume supplying the regime if as is said their worst nightmare is the collapse of the regime.

Do things proceed better the less Trump attempts to make policy on the hoof and the more diplomats work in the background?

Well I would put a good bet South Korea, Japan and Australia would be on board for a blockade, but yeah China and Russia would obviously not. I don't think there is a diplomatic solution other then accepting NK terms as a nuclear power to be given open trade that will be funneled for NK's elite class. NK NEEDS legitimacy, with a thriving south and the fact NK is the most repressive country on earth the only way it can get legitimacy is by blackmailing the world with threats of nuclear war. The more sanctions only accelerate and increase their threats. A blockade may force them to do something very deadly, but controlled in such a way as to open up diplomacy, they may even want a limited attack on them so as to rally their populace, it is a very dangerous game they play but it is all about maintaining power and their heads within their horrific system of governance and party politics.

Not my intent. T.rump is a loose cannon. Rational isn't applicable when ego and idle spite are in the lead.

Well I'm assuming he is so stupid he just lets his staff handle things and if they haved figured out how to sweet talk him well then he is manageable (aside for what he says on twiter)

The bigger question is what would a war do for the republicans, if they can get North Korea to "attack first" then they can rally the nation with war jingoism.
 
North Korean angst is primarily directed at the USA.
Perhaps the UN should state to the USA.
"You want our help to blockade NK but you Republicans treat the UN as a door mat. Perhaps if you double your UN contributions and quit the fu*kin winge-ing we may consider helping you".

The fact is NK is pointing it's angst only at the USA for "fear of USA aggression ( invasion)
and guess what? The USA is publicly threatening just that.
At the same time the USA is ignoring the UN and international law..and yet expects the UN to support it's call for a blockade of NK.
 
At least we have the answer to the original question. No, the U.S. didn't go to war with N. Korea in two weeks.

Lets be real for a second here, the USA went to war with North Korea nearly 70 years ago, and we are still technically at war.

hee hee... so Kim is quite correct when he states recently that the USA CAN NOT declare war on North Korea...as it is already at war with NK.
