Will oil price go up to $100/barrel?

Clearly we imagine different books. What would be dangerous in writing about Mao, Stalin, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Idi Amin and - for how to do it correctly - Lee Kuan Yew?

Please man, those books have been written looong time ago in all shapes and forms. The amount of rusophobic pro-West book titles out there with "Red Danger..." or "Behind Red Veil..." or "The Real Russia..." is collapsing the library shelves. You think there are not enough books about...

Please man, provide me with the ISBN for the book that specifically examines, for the general educated, but uninformed audience, the nature of post dictatorial collapse and recovery.

I am confident this has been examined thoroughly by academics, in journals, if not in full bloodied books, but those were not the kind of book I was proposing.

And, while we were at it, since when was George Soros a dictator in commonly used meaning of the word in the context of a thread like this?

And, then tell me what the hell is dangerous about writing such a book? (I know I shall be sorry I asked that one.)

Reports say that Argentina has got shale oil too.
Once they decided to extract it, more oil is supplied to the market.

The news says:
While that news should have provided a jolt to oil prices, oil traders were likely spooked by much more damning data that came out of the U.S. in recent days, which pointed to a sharper rebound in U.S. shale than many had anticipated at this time of the year.

Are you really that dumb? Objecting to and concern about Russia's repeated and consistent blatant aggression towards neighboring states, and its repeated attempts to subvert Western democracies with fake news isn't a phobia comrade. It's a reality.

Additionally, you should learn the difference between concern and fear. The West needs to confront Russian aggression. Militarily and economically, Russia is a pipsqueak nation. Its military and economies are but a small fraction of the US and other Western powers. Russia is a declining power. There isn't much to fear. But there is good reason for concern, especially if you live in a smaller and weaker country living near Russia's borders.

In order to minimize blood shed a line has been drawn and that line needs to be maintained.

Will average oil price go up or down in 6 months time?
It's a good question. No one knows for sure. The answer depends upon many things. I would say oil trades in a low to mid 50 dollar range all year. But that assumes the status quo continues. It may not.

Today the Trump government issued a warning to Iran. It was a serious warning. There is a possibility warfare may breakout between Iran and the US in the coming months. If that happens, oil prices will soar at least for a time and depending up what and how Trump carries out the attack.

There is also the prospect of trade war which could adversely affect the price of oil. Trump seems intent upon causing a trade war. The only certain thing is with Trump, the world has become a much more unstable place.
