Meaningful? When you don't even know what the Doppler effect is? You've seemingly built a whole theory claiming to explain gravitation via the Doppler effect, yet not once has any of your maths included a frequency or wavelength. So you're talking out of your arse.

You're just another two-a-penny, delusional anti-relativity crank - and apparently a more than averagely ignorant example of the type.
