War in Ukraine

Perhaps, you could state a specific incidence of Russia enslaving anyone?
It was called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic. It was a protection racket set up to "protect" neighboring countries after Hitler invaded, they could be part of the rebuild but must fall under communist rule of Russia. They had little choice considering the Red Army set up shop in every territory and basically took over. Millions were killed for not bending the knee.

That seems a rhetorical question.
However: yes, one of fifteen republics

Stalin died in 1953 as I pointed out to you. The Hungarian uprising did not happen till 1956, that was just one country.
The USSR continued till 1991.

You cannot say Russia was a non invasive country and try and blame it on one lunatic.

Solution: quick and dirty.

Russia gets provinces but pays lots and lots for them and pays war reparations.

Ukraine refrains from joining NATO, but signs mutual defense pacts with individual nations.

Russia gets some of what it wants, Ukraine gets some of what it needs.

That won't work and it's all win for Putin and all loss for Ukraine. Once Putin gets that, he'll keep coming for more.
