Redaction? Do you imagine that their is an invisible army of censors out there who are concerned with making sure that certain material about UFOs goes unpublished?

Don't have to imagine this ;

In the papers , documents that have been released , from past requests for certain documents and from the freedom of information act ,there are countless documents that have been redacted or blacked out .

If you were up to speed on this topic you would know this .

Typically the military blacks out anything they consider might threaten "national security" in classified documents released under freedom of information. As a matter of course, the names of serving military personel are blacked out, for example, as well as details of locations and other features of military assets.

There's a lot besides which gets blacked out. The guys with the black markers sometimes go to town because of their paranoid assumption that virtually anything can pose a threat to national security, as they understand it. On the other hand, sometimes they are very sloppy with the black pen, too, and things that should be blacked out aren't. The censors are people, and people make mistakes.

The military is very far from being a transparent organisation, but you should not assume that because of that they have some kind of earth-shattering knowledge about aliens or whatever that they don't want you to know.

Never the less , the reason there dedacted documents is because UFO's are real . And they were not military documents .

If you could fantastic , because supposably " we can't handle the truth " about the fact that aliens have come to this Planet for thousands of years .

They were FBI documents on UFO's , not military documents .

And one of the recent heads of MUFON quit in disgust because, as he put it, "there is no credible evidence for alien spacecraft anywhere near Earth."
