Your choice. But I hope you are under a doctor's care. A GP, not a sports doctor!I've been a runner/cyclist for a while and turned to weight lifting two years ago. It is primarily designed for weight lifting. I'm lifting heavier now. And this product helps you lift heavier.
If you're a professional athlete, your whole life revolves around this, and your income depends on it, you might do a rational risk analysis and decide that this risk is worth it. But if this sport doesn't dominate your life, think it over.Anyway. I will try to cut back. I think I should even though its a kick ass product.
That said, who am I to talk? The lifelong caffeine addict. It has never caused me any physical grief, but the behavior modification from the psychological effect has ruined my life three times.
