No one is complaining about the lack of male kindergarten teachers ....
Not at the moment; the bit where it's evidence of how men are the real victims of sexism is out of vogue at present.

As long as you recognize that you have absolutely no idea what they are. No idea whatsoever. And neither does Damore.I don't think it is a superstition that men and women on average have different interests
That depends on the number of women needed, from the applicant pool, and the size of the pool. And it's irrelevant - the strawman of perfect outcome is not at issue.but there is not a 50:50 ratio of men and women that apply to be computer programmers, so achieving equal and fair hiring and employment practices will not acheive a 50:50 ratio.
Or not, perhaps. Maybe it's all sociological. There is no evidence whatsoever that "innate" factors are involved. Is this innate or sociological, a little of both perhaps,
No, it isn't. He was making another point entirely, beginning by misrepresenting the "issue".the point of Damore thesis is that this issue is beyond the realm of google to fix,
Or the partial achievement would benefit Google, and be not at all counter productive but instead intelligent management, and all the diversity initiatives in google hiring practices is not going to fix this and worse is wasteful and counter productive, that and a culture that is unable to handle heresy.
