Benson, I answered your questions but you seem to have ignored them.
Healthcare should ultimately pay for itself as the system we currently have is more expensive than any other healthcare system that I know of. Reducing the size of the military would also free up a lot of money.
You don't seem to actually be all that interested in discussing policies it seems.

You have a INSURANCE scam system
Give us (Insurance scam operators) money, which will use, along with other people's money, to improve you back to health should you become unwell
EXCEPT if your unwellness is listed in this comprehensive 25 million conditions which are excluded from coverage
Also excluded are conditions which are covered BUT you did not come to suffer those conditions in the right way

It's a typical Conservative political tactic in the US as knowledge and debate are not something they tend to know how to do, let alone honor.
That's pretty much what we hear from Conservative propaganda machines, so you must be getting all your information from Fox News. To say normal, intelligent people are communists in nature is as ridiculous as it is false. Obviously, you're not observing, you're being brain washed.
The only money Obama made off the government is his salary, everything else was from lucrative means, and much of it was made before he became president. Have you any idea how much money Trump and his goons have made these past four years. As an example, 2019 and 2020 were record years for bank profits, a result of Trumps tax cuts to the wealthy.

Agreed, the conservatives are insane, their only policy is to troll the left, other than that, they are a government without a platform, hence a government without policies. Obviously, most of the work that needs to be done by the next government is damage control of what Trump has destroyed so far.
You see Benson, Trump doesn't need a platform, he doesn't need policies or laws, he will be a dictator and he will do whatever he wants at the expense of the American people, because he only cares about himself. This has been made evidence to the fact he's currently holding super spreader rallies in which the vast majority of his supporters are going to get sick and wind up in the hospital, if they make it that far. Trump only wants their votes and obviously, could care less if they live or die afterwards.
Here are a few:
The most important one is COVID-19 mitigation. This will involve universal masking, 100% testing, contact tracing and distancing. It will cost tens of billions. However, since it will allow the economy to remain open, it will save the hundreds of billions that a complete shutdown costs.
Raising minimum wage. This will tend to increase tax revenues (more people making more money) and decrease company profits (companies have to pay more to workers.) So that should be a wash.
Buying American. Democrats want to dedicate $400 billion to switch to buying Americans instead of Chinese goods; this will raise tax revenues from US companies who now have a larger market. Should also be a wash.
Green technology. $1.7 trillion in money to research green technology - energy storage, efficient solar, grid modernization. Paid for by ending the tax cuts for the rich that Trump imposed.
That is not true of Obama.
Obama took a pay cut to be President - and his wife took an even bigger one. You can verify that by examining his tax returns, which are not hidden as Trump's are. You can see for yourself that his Presidency was not corrupted by financial conflicts of interest.
So in that case it did matter who won - and that is not the only one: many decent and honorable public officials have been elected in the US and not devoted their time in office to "lining their own pockets". Years ago, before the fascist takeover of the Republican Party, there were even some Republican electees who served honestly and without corruption.
Meanwhile, Trump has been operating for more than three years in open violation of the Emoluments Clause for personal profit. He has also been colluding with foreign oligarchs and other sources of money-laundering opportunities (his primary source of income) and apparently changing US foreign policy (including betraying wartime allies) according to his personal financial interests. His promise to publish his tax returns, a normal action of those elected to positions of public trust, he broke years ago - there are few explanations for that which are not felony crimes.

The health care policies of the more liberal wing of the Democratic Party - the Centrists (as assessed by comparison with the majority or central opinions of the American public) - would save so much money the rest of the Party platform would be paid for without serious imposition.
