Most pop rap is really, really lame. Hip hop can be cool, especially underground and classic stuff, KRS-ONE, Mix Master Mike, Immortal Technique...
Imagine this :

I feel that is the way rap is heading, to a more hybrid dancehall/patois influence which is cool.
