Probably my imaginations and my perceived reality .Nope. Still a conscious choice. Eating is voluntary.

That's fine. In reality eating is voluntary. It may not be fun, but it can be useful to remain connected to reality.Probably my imaginations and my perceived reality .
Probably my imaginations and my perceived reality .
I thought it would be a waste of time as previous visits were unsuccessful . I might try again later , give him a ring about dinner time .did you go to talk with your Doctor & ask for a Referral ?

you describe classic symptoms of some very common but potentially very serious mental health issues.
what country are you in ?
The country I'm in is irrelevant although I will say I'm in Britain . I'm feeling much better today though .
I didn't say they were blocking access , the last time he gave me a phone to a healthy mind place . The problem is , I'd probably know more about MH than they would .The reason i ask is because i can simply locate a government clinic where you can just walk in without needing any money and set up an appointment.
you say your doctor is blocking your access to mental health services.
that is VERY SERIOUS !
I asked about a psychiatrist and he said I didn't need that ....
it sounds like your looking for reasons not to go.How can they tell me anything different than I already know ?
and did you call the number ?the last time he gave me a phone to a healthy mind place

Thank you for your concerns , I'm not sure they could fix me though because objectively I'm not imagining I've demonstrated Einstein incorrect about time dilation .it sounds like your looking for reasons not to go.

you say you are confused between what is real and what is not.
that is classed as a risk.
worst case scenario ?
you have schizophrenia... however, because you got professional diagnosis and modern treatment plans you would be able to live an otherwise perfectly normal life.
without treatment... it gets worse
without treatment worst case scenario is terrible.
the fact that you have told us your worried
you have told us you have approached your own doctor several times for help and have not got the help you feel you need.
and the fact you have told us that you think they cant help you anyway...
make the call. have a chat. tell them you want to talk to a professional about yourself and some difficulties you have been having.
