Your first example was simply you asking Frag to interpret legal jargon for you and him refusing.
He got on you about your odd style a little. You got pissy. Made a sarcastic remark about what color you should use. He replied in a stodgy linguist style and moved the thread to Ethics.
What's the big deal?
I looked it up expecting to see that he'd changed your font color or something.
He didn't.

thats the problem. vert. i have skills. you do not. there are patterns of behavior one does not ignore. if allowed to express itself unhindered, it becomes more and more intrusive until it is right up your face.

*Your spell checker is correct. Your failure to capitalize properly makes your writing difficult to read. It's your writing that's the pits, not your spell checker. Please capitalize the first word of every sentence and all proper names when you write in English. It's not difficult and it shows that you respect your readers. The way you write insults us. (frag)

the stuff is in the first coot link. i then made a thread titled gustav the disabled with the intention of pointing out i could have been very well disabled. the request would then be mind blowingly insensitive and discriminatory. perhaps a lawsuit. maybe a precedent
what i see when you brush all this shit under the table is a glaring lack of professionalism

If you didn't want the thread moved to ethics, you could have discussed with Fraggle the reason why you wanted it in linguistics as he was obviously not understanding you. Most likely because of your writing style.

I think the only problem with picking on grammar is that it makes you look as dumb as the person with poor grammar. However, there are times when I wouldn't call it 'picking on', for instance, when you write in such a manner as to be nearly illegible.
