fast weight loss help

I am currently 5'5" and 140 lbs. I work out two to three days a week for an hour. I don't eat much meat, fish, or chicken. My daily meals usually consist of a big big portion of cereal, two bananas, an apple, and a cheese sandwhich for the whole day. However, I can not seem to lose weight I've tried eating 6 meals with very small portion and just eating minimally everyday but nothing seems to work.

I would like advice. I will do anything to lose weight by December 8. I have to wear a dress and it would be a shame if I still weighed 140. I would like to be 125 but anything below 140 is fine. Please any advice I mean I will LITERALLY do anything that is SURE to help me lose weight by December 8!!! Suggestions (please don't all help me at once)
I'm 5'10. A couple months ago, I was 200 pounds, which is according to the government "overweight."

Since then, I've lost 20 lbs.

My secret? More exercise and less eating.
 
Isn't 5'5, 140 lbs considered ideal for a woman, according to whoever the fuck makes those judgements?

Exercise my behind off although I do martial arts so my exercise if pretty rough already...

Yess I've heard that ur body weight is made mostly of water weight so would exercise that makes me sweat it out would get rid of that weight drastically???

Here's what you can do. Exercise when you get home from work or school for an hour, then take a break for an hour, then repeat every other hour until bedtime. Put on wrist weights, then carry handheld, plus put on ankle weights while you do this. Do this every day before the seventh and i'm pretty sure you will lose a whole lotta weight. Do you have the determination? that is the question.

You don't want to dehydrate yourself that much!

Increasing heavy exercise by maybe an hour a day and cutting your calorie intake by 500 would probably do the trick. Oh, and avoid carbs.
 
you are supposed to be free of this world ties to material life. Set the blade into everything that breathes poison. With every chance given run away and turn your body in motion until you feel no pain, no tiredness, until there is nothing left but emptiness.

practical suggestion: swim for 2 hours everyday (do not make longer than 1 minute stops)
 
And if you do manage to lose the weight by the 8th, be sure to apply lots and lots of makeup.

I'll try the hour exercise then stop and hour again routine sounds good cut carbs and I'm still unsure of the fluid situation do I drink a lot of fluid instead of food or do I avoid it all together?? Is it water I'm supposed to drink or things with electrolyes???

I'm on vacations so I'm home all day which means I can do much more.. My stomach is my major preocuppation

It sometimes doesn't work as well for women, but the Atkin's Diet is an easy way to lose 10-20 pounds in a month. You just avoid carbs. Keep them below 20 grams per day. You can eat as much meat, salad, cheese, nuts, bacon etc as you want. Just keep the total carbs below 20 grams per day.

I recently used it for about 6 weeks to lose about 17 pounds. I lost 10 right away, the other 7 took awhile. On Thanksgiving I gained 5 pounds! But without even trying I've already lost 3 of those.

For your stomach, do crunches. make sure you hit your obliques too if you want that hourglass shape. you should try tammy's abs of steel. Hehe..that will burn your stomach into shape. love her workout.
 
Doing crunches won't help shrink the stomach. You can't selectively lose weight in one area. All that matters is calorie difference. That is why it is said "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym". What you eat makes the biggest difference and if you want to burn calories from exercise crunches burn few.

Crunches do burn fat in the midsection. Working muscle burns fat period. Of course you have to watch your caloric intake as well.
 
A little numbers...

To lose your goal of 15 lbs in 8 days you will need to have a caloric deficit of ~6562.5 calories per day.

You probably use around 1000 calories naturally with your basal metabolic rate. If you exercise you can add in a few hundred.

Assuming you eat nothing those 8 days, you might lose ~2.75 lbs, but of course you would die first.

And any time you lose calories so rapidly it is counterproductive because your body starts to catabolize muscle instead of fat.
