I'm 5'10. A couple months ago, I was 200 pounds, which is according to the government "overweight."I am currently 5'5" and 140 lbs. I work out two to three days a week for an hour. I don't eat much meat, fish, or chicken. My daily meals usually consist of a big big portion of cereal, two bananas, an apple, and a cheese sandwhich for the whole day. However, I can not seem to lose weight I've tried eating 6 meals with very small portion and just eating minimally everyday but nothing seems to work.
I would like advice. I will do anything to lose weight by December 8. I have to wear a dress and it would be a shame if I still weighed 140. I would like to be 125 but anything below 140 is fine. Please any advice I mean I will LITERALLY do anything that is SURE to help me lose weight by December 8!!! Suggestions (please don't all help me at once)
Since then, I've lost 20 lbs.
My secret? More exercise and less eating.
