You don't need to test it. You are the product of the cosmos and you are conscious. Once you realize that, you might be able to recapture the wonder and joy of being alive, as when you were young. The whole point of life is being alive.

Life is separate from the periodic table . But uses the periodic table to exist . The body needs minerals .

in the depth of the Earth's Crust life exists because life takes energy of the mineral . I always wondered why minerals need to taken some daily , because they are drained of energy .

Life energy and material energy ( the periodic table are not the same ) they are completely different forms of energy .

No. It is because the organisms are made of the components in the minerals: carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, potassium, calcium, irons, etc.

We take iron vitamins because our blood uses iron.
We take calcium because our bones are made of calcium.

Here on Earth, almost all energy comes from the sun. The sun's energy allows complex molecules to be created, and those complex molecules are able to store energy in their bonds. Many forms of life are able to crack open these molecules and that liberates energy to be used to form other compounds.

This is organic chemistey 101.

All chemical processes by definition manipulate the elements. Life is simply a label we apply to a chemical process that has the emergent ability to replicate itself.

By the way, there are chemical processes that can replicate themselves that are not living as well, such as the Krebs Cycle.
