Yes there is, you are just too cruel to see it.

All my dogs are rescues, and hell yes, I treat them as well as I say do. I just cooked them some liver for their dinner, and when my other half gets back from the gym, they'l get their 2nd walk of the day, yesterday they got three walks. The get at least two every day, lasting 40 minutes.
I also work from home, so they can go out whenever they please (they're quite smart and come to my office to let me know).
But tell you what, why don't you just carry on condoning Saint's piss poor standards? Ignore all of us experienced pet owners, and us telling him he's not doing enough, and continue enabling his poor behaviour. 'Cos you know, that animal sitting in a metal cage with it's own faeces is just fine like that, isn't it?
You are just as sick as Saint is. I think my ignore list needs updating.

please put me on ignore. i think you have poor reading comprehension and logic.
but my point to saint was that is not necessary. you can feed them very nutritious dog food from a pet store and you can also give them water that everyone else in the house drinks without boiling it etc. i just thought a lot of this was ridiculous.
I feel sorry for your dog.
Maybe we misunderstood him. Perhaps in his country the tap water isn't safe for humans so they boil it for their own use. In that case I would boil the water for my pets just to be safe. Sure, dogs are four-legged trash compactors and garbage is their favorite special treat, in fact the reason they came to live with us in the first place was all the perfectly good food we left lying on the ground. But in a poorly managed urban water system there can be thingies that a dog's metabolism has never heard of. I certainly wouldn't let my dogs drink the water in Mexico, except for a couple of cities that get really clean spring water. My wife got dysentery twice in one trip.Nobody said Saint had to boil his dog's water did they, except Saint?
Rottweilers are not one of the fiercest dog breeds by nature. Since they're big and strong and have that intimidating look, a lot of people train them to be guard dogs, but remember that they were originally developed to be working dogs, pulling plows and wagons. A couple of those dogs on your list make a Rottweiler look like an overgrown Maltese. The American pitbull terrier is notorious for violence, because it was originally bred for dogfights. They're not supposed to attack people, but some of them have such bad bloodlines that they're mean to almost anything that moves. And even the nicest of them might kill a smaller dog or a cat. Several of my friends have pitbulls and they're sweet as pie with me, but I never take my Lhasa Apsos to meet them. Are the banned dogs really fierce? Fiercer than Rottweiler?

Although some would argue that vegetables are not a necessary component of a dog's diet, vegetables supply disease preventing phytochemicals that your dogs may not be able to get from other sources. Plus, many of the positive benefits of vegetable consumption were noted through animal studies. Although vegetables aren't a required component in a dog's diet, the phytochemicals found in such abundance in vegetables may help to prevent some of the chronic diseases seen in dogs just as they do in humans.
The best vegetables for dogs from the standpoint of health benefits would be the cruciferous ones such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts, although these are some of the most difficult to digest. Always serve these vegetables cooked to increase digestibility.
It is not question of SHOULD they eat veggies it is a question of do they NEED veggies???
And that answer is NO!!! Dogs are carnivores, they don't need fruit, veggies, berries, carbs, , they need meet and uncooked bones, and that's it, the bones should be small/big enough that you can crack them with your hand with no problems, but require the dog to chew them up, a good example is chicken backs, or bone in chicken breasts that would be a good meal for your dog!!!
BUT....giving your dog veggies will not hurt them, the veg will just come out the same way they went in, a lot of the BARF diets etc tell you to chop up or put the veggies through a food processor before giving them to you dog to help them digest it. Why should you have to help them digest it? Do wolves have some way of pulverizing their veggies? NO so if we have to process them first then they shouldn't have them!!!!
Nothing wrong with that. My wife puts carrots and onions in the dog food.My Rottweiler eats vegetables.
You're not even trying to understand the biology of your animals. That's one of the things that frustrates us and why so many members are angry at you.I believe vegetables could be good to their digestive system as it is good to human too.
Shall dog eat Vegetables?
