My usual contents consist of french love.
But can be of some other things.
I'm really quite small you can tell by my name,
Which is mentioned in Lord of the Rings

What am I? :D

Is is because the year is 44bc (and so would have at least face value) :)
 
nearly there esp the question arises, how would the mint know it was 44BC?

The other riddle is nothing to do with hobbits etc :D Keep guessing guys

Kiss comes to mind also, because of the french love. Not quite sure what you mean by this French Love, though...:) :p :)
 
OK I see this is a little too hard for some folk so here're a few more clues...

I'll often be found in a bar
My contents are preferably fortified
too much and you may just see stars :D

 
Maybe it is Wine! A bottle, more specifically. No?

I hope it is, I love bottles of Wine, especially French Wines. Oh yes! chateau neuf du pape?! for instance! :D
although rioja is very nice too.

Or just booze in general? Beer! Wasn't that favorite among the good peopletjes of the LOTR? :bugeye:
