How much will it cost to find and deport all of the illegals? The best number I could find is 41 billion per year. Are we willing to pay that cost? What if this number is seriously understated because of flawed assumptions. It could cost 100 billion per year. If that were so, would it be worth it?

The other question that needs to be answered is how much does illegal immigration cost us today? And despite all the rhetoric, I have not been able to find a credible source for this information. It would need to net out the benefit from the cost.
