UFOs (UAPs): Explanations?

If she is simply confirming what he saw, then her account is effectively worthless. We need her account unpolluted by what she heard from someone else.

LOL No it isn't. She corroborates what Fravor saw. That is 100 % corroboration of his account. It doesn't get any better than this.

Not if she's agreeing with his account. That means she knows what his account is, tainting her own.

It has to be HER experience in HER words, isolated from his and not contaminated. Then it is up to analysts to determine if the two accounts corroborate each other.

Otherwise her corroboration is effectively worthless.

No it doesn't. The account is both her's and Fravors, as spoken by Fravor. It's ridiculous to repeat the same account when it has already been given.

Yup. As you say: It's ridiculous to repeat the same account when it has already been given.

That's a single data point. Not two. There are not two accounts here, there is only one.

Another can say they saw the same thing someone else said they saw. That's called corroboration.
That works when it comes to explicable things, like "I saw a red car speeding away", but it actually hurts when applied to trying to divine the nature of a mystery, such as "It appeared to be approximately 10 miles away and made no sound." The whole point of solving such a mystery is to seek out independent encounters.

And without independent accounts, it only counts once.

No it doesn't. Two eyewitnesses to an event are two eyewitnesses to an event. When they agree on the same account, they are said to corroborate each other. That's basic common sense. The sighting of the ufo was corroborated by multiple eyewitnesses and radar. How many more times must this be said?

Did you not say Fravor was making alot of money at speaking gigs and getting his lunches paid for by audience members? Where did you get that information?
What I said was this:
"Fravor is the main outspoken guy pushing the alien spacecraft tic tac idea. Clearly, he has realised he is onto a good gig, touring the country and no doubt getting paid to tell his truth over and over again, as breathless UFO enthusiasts clap him on the back and buy him lunch after the presentations."
Now, admittedly, I haven't scoured the interwebs to see just how many videos and other records of interviews I can find in which Fravor appears, but a number of such videos and interviews have made an appearance in this thread alone.

It could conceivably be the case that Fravor is giving away his valuable time for free and nobody is buying him lunch or paying him to speak. Maybe he's just in it for the fame, these days. Who knows? Do you?
If she backs up what Fravor says he saw, then that IS what she personally saw. The same thing he saw. What's so hard to understand about that?
More accurately, she doesn't contradict Fravor - at least, not when she's in the same room sitting there next to him being interviewed at the same time.

So far, I don't know much at all about her version of the story. Do you?

Then her account is worthless. She wasn't even in the same plane as Fravor. She was thousands of feet above him when he descended to get a closer look at the 'UFO'.

Dietrich's account of the "tic tac" or "white blob" is given in the video...
Wow. That's even more useless then I thought.

Was she told the whole thing had to fit on the back of a stamp?
Not a single value, number, angle, distance estimation anywhere to be found.
What kind of pilot gives an account like that?

She'd be more credible if she described her cousin's friend's balls in Trinidad.

Here's what Dietrich has to say:

"We don't know what it was, but it could have been a natural phenomenon in human activity. But the point was that it was weird, and we couldn't recognize it."

"I hope I'm not the UFO, Tic Tac person for the rest of my life. This is not what I envisioned for myself."

She's doesn't sound too enthusiastic about being your poster child for alien spaceships, Magical Realist.

I never claimed that. I said her account collaborates Fravor's account, which it does. Multiple eyewitnesses backed up by video and radar.
