I am so sorry. I responded to your report and for reasons I cannot exactly explain (well, it was a multiple windows open and I clicked on wrong one when doing the ban and it is inexplicable because there is no explanation because I should have been more careful), I accidentally banned you.

I am trying to rectify this and have informed admin of my horrific error.

You have my deepest apologies.

then written a reply to the other person following on from their previous post while noting the post that is from someone else talking on the same subject.
