I wouldn't be so confident of that. In modern warfare, it's he who rules the sky that prevails. The strongest air power in the world is the US Air Force. Do you know who comes in 2nd? The US Navy.
And even if China took Taiwan, that's the easy part. Holding it is where the real work starts.

nonsense. us troops would be manuevered to back up taiwan long before china could invade. you can't do the preparations required to do a naval invasion that size and prevent someone from noticing.

US troop can come and can never go home, their parents and spouse will cry and mourn for their lose, they will go to Whitehouse to protest war.
US will repeat Vietnam war mistakes and more Americans will die.

At one time the King of England ruled the 13 colonies; the colonists decided they did not want to be ruled from afar but to rule themselves. The people living in Taiwan deserve the same right of self-determination.
Never underestimate the will of the American people to defend the rights of people to be free from aggression.

No need to even argue with fascist murdering rapist wannabes about all the perfectly valid reasons why China is inadequate and has no business in Taiwan. If an elected American president says Taiwan doesn't belong to China, that alone is a perfectly legitimate reason in itself.
