My Brain is soo messed up My Doctor has put me on 6 months stress leave

Hang in there Rainbow Singularity.

You have friends and we care about you.

thanks Yazata :)

Might be a symptom of a silent migraine--which is a migraine with no pain. I have experienced what is called a scintillating scotoma---which is like a chain of multicolored squares just off of your field of vision and in both eyes. They usually go away in an hour or so,

thanks
i get the squares of different bright colours & also squiggly bright coloured lines
i also get laser spot & bright silver spot in 1 eye
i think its fairly conclusive now im suffering from no pain migraines for sometimes hours every day.
if i dont rest up head ache starts to come on.

i am yet to report this to my doctor to update my medical file
im guessing there is nothing that can be done.
just rest eat well and more rest

@ RainbowSingularity: have you tried resting your thumb and finger on the edge of your eye sockets? You get some "eye-rest" as long as you don't apply pressure; just rest your hand and the thumb and finger--hold the elbow with your other hand if that helps. open or close your eyes as needed, so it's functional when driving, say. You need to be slightly touching the side of each eyeball.

But the "resting" part is the part that is supposed to give relief. I personally have a visual abberation and I get sore eyes, doing the above seems to work for me. It works with headaches too. You can vary the thumb + finger with one side at a time, but practice makes perfect.

And yes, it's just an eye massage really, but it's also from a book on yoga.
It works probably because your muscles are always 'micro-moving', even when you rest them.
