So if (god forbid) cancer required their removal - would you then be a woman? Or would you be of indeterminate sex? What if you found out that you weren't fertile? What sex would you be then?

To complete: If I am born as a male ,If my organs are removed , I will continually be a male , I believe my DNA will identify me as a male. Now if my mind is screwed up: then I will pretend to be something else , contrary to what I naturally am when born.
