Yeah illusions, faulty RADAR and probably more could reflect such illusions.
Research into this area of UFO proof . Found no errors in the radar records . No malfunctions of any kind .

At around the 49 minute mark the doco ends normally, then partially repeats from start for some odd reason.

It appears Elon Musk has put forward (tweeted) a case against UFOs being that while there has been a large increase in the quality of cameras (added - as well as in number, as well as other detection devices) the poor quality of UFO photos remains the same

I picture people everywhere walking along looking down at their cellphones never looking up into the sky to see anything. Nowadays a ufo would have to appear on their screen to get them to notice it.

Doorbell cams, Dascams and even drone cams. They don't even have to look straight up to view a section of sky, where are ''they'' ?Who needs SETI with all these extra cams
There's been two good instances of bolides caught on doorbell cams.

Or maybe you're trying to tell us that you have a very high security clearance - if so please verify this. (If you don't have such a clearance any "research" you've done[1] is flawed).
Malfunctions are expected for military radars. Please tell us the MTBF for the radars in question. What PRF?
1 I doubt that you actually have done so, since many UFO reports don't even specify, or even hint at, the radar type in question, let alone the classified performance data.
