But for space to be the medium , means that space has physical properties .

Gravitational waves are physical, and in the model, space is filled with them, so space is a medium composed of the physical gravitational waves that fill it.

Is gravity responsible for spacetime dynamics, or is there another source responsible for a dynamical spacetime?

How is the wave carried ?

Can a gravity wave propagate in a vacuum ?

    What Is a Gravitational Wave?
    The Short Answer:
A gravitational wave is an invisible (yet incredibly fast) ripple in space. Gravitational waves travel at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second). These waves squeeze and stretch anything in their path as they pass by.

They are not gravity waves...they are gravitational waves or gravitational radiation.
It is ripples in spacetime itself...the same as spacetime will bend, warp, curve, twist in the presence of mass.

Nonsense. Gravitational waves are ripples in spacetime itself.

Since river is barred from the sciences, that's probably a good idea....still he will be refuted when he needs to even here.

All mass is composed of gravitational wave energy traversing space at the speed of light, and each mass absorbs and emits gravitational waves. The wave concept is that the wave traverses space by being emitted from mass at the speed of light and gravity so in that sense I refer to space as "the medium of space".
There is no vacuum in the sense that you refer. All space is being traversed by wave energy in the ISU model, and a vacuum, if it existed would have to be wave energy free.

Since spacetime has NO physical Qualities , how does spacetime ripple .

Of course it has. It expands. It has an unknown component called DE.

    Highlighted

But how is it carried through space ?

    What are Gravitational Waves?
Gravitational waves are 'ripples' in space-time caused by some of the most violent and energetic processes in the Universe. Albert Einstein predicted the existence of gravitational waves in 1916 in his general theory of relativity. Einstein's mathematics showed that massive accelerating objects (such as neutron stars or black holes orbiting each other) would disrupt space-time in such a way that 'waves' of undulating space-time would propagate in all directions away from the source. These cosmic ripples would travel at the speed of light, carrying with them information about their origins, as well as clues to the nature of gravity itself.

The strongest gravitational waves are produced by cataclysmic events such as colliding black holes, supernovae (massive stars exploding at the end of their lifetimes), and colliding neutron stars. Other waves are predicted to be caused by the rotation of neutron stars that are not perfect spheres, and possibly even the remnants of gravitational radiation created by the Big Bang.

The animation below illustrates how gravitational waves are emitted by two neutron stars as they orbit each other and then coalesce (credit: NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center). Note that gravitational waves themselves are invisible. They are made visible here to illustrate their propagation away from the source.

First, do you accept the existence of gravitational waves traversing space, as detected by LIGO?

What is the Medium , that allows gravitational waves to propagate ?

Since that is directed to a post by paddoboy, I hesitate to answer for him. Paddoboy, you were asked to start you own thread. Let me have mine.

The same medium that propagates gravity.
Go ahead...Perhaps you maybe able to knock sense into river...others have failed.

Darn, I am going on the basis that gravitational waves are confirmed science.
