that are inefficient, cost way to much to run and cause way to much pollution to the environment. Sewer systems in the free-market, would be generating electricity, producing petrochemicals and other useful items. You see a sewer system, and you assume it's great - not noticiing the hundreds of years of lost opportunity, which simply never became a reality. Just like a North Korean not noticing how shit their lives are, because there's no comparison.
Our shitty (no pun intended) sewer systems are a failure. And you lack the imagination to see a different future - a better one.

Good roads and waterways.
Our roads suck and kill tens of thousands of people each year due to poor quality. They also cost too much and there's too many of them. See, in a world where we didn't have GiverMint, we would NOT have all these roads.... AND GET THIS, our entire society, the way our cities, towns and farms are structured to how we interact with one another, would all be totally different. We'd probably live in much more sensible sustainable towns. Our environments would be better. Who knows, we may be nicer people.
You THINK things are great, because they're normal to you. They're not great. They're shit. We're fighting and killing millions and millions of humans in order for you to have your Government roads you love so much. What? You think our Oil Wars are for shits and giggles? Millions of children are slaughtered so that we can have our supposedly 'free' roads. Our societies are fragmented, we live in bubbles, drive in bubbles, and exist in our own little bubbles - thanks to The Roads. In a free-market, roads would still exist, but they would come at a cost.

You're fifty years late - the big movement to private schools started in 1954, really caught on in the mid '60s.
Yes, and some of those schools were and are great schools. Other's are simply recreating a Government School - only for the rich and high IQ children. I know of a private school that costs 1000 a year for 9 years to remain on a waiting list, then around 25,000 a year tuition, plus 15,000 for all the extras. They will not take a child, unless they score high on an IQ test. Regardless of how rich you are. Which, seems rather telling to me. What? They don't trust their own pedagogy? LOL
And why? Oh, to attend a professional school as a rent-seeker. Like a medical or law school. You know, in between cutting and pill popping.
