To counterbalance the growing number of stupid threads on abiotic oil:

She is in the Guiness Book in 1999 for largest natural breast:

"the largest breasts belong to Norma Stitz, a USA born nude model, with a web page (look up her name and you'll find pictures), originally named Annie Hawkins-Turner. Supposedly she wears a size 56WW Bra. However, she could be considered "extremely" overweight. No definite answer can be given as long as "extremely overweight" is undefined. The chubbier, the more likely the breasts will store fat and get bigger. There is also something called Gigantomastia that sometimes happens to women when pregnant. A book called "Human Oddities" by Martin Monestier has a topless photo of a woman with 44-pound breasts measuring 33 inches in circumference. Google "Gigantomastia" and you'll see some astonishing medical photos."
 
i would have to have them reduced, i want my breasts reduced and they are not that big
 
As long as she's happy about lugging around 60 lbs wobbly flesh on her chest, I guess there's no problem.
Me personally, I would find it to be too obtrusive and uncomfortable. I would hate the constant back problems and custom clothing requirements. I would hate not being able to go jogging.
I would also hate being mass-ogled on a daily basis --- but to be fair, pretty much all women are ogled. The only difference with her is that the majority would evaluate her as a freak, so none of the attention would be very supportive. I'd hate having to clutch some sort of defensive mental justification on a daily basis (IE - thinking everybody around me is dumb to take the sting out of their judgements).
 
The photo that Syzygys linked to in his second post above is from my blog. Note that she doesn't have two "fake" breasts. They're axillary breasts, and all women have them although they're usually undeveloped and therefore not visible.

On my blog, there's a posting on gigantomastia, the extreme over-development of the breasts. Please note, before you go, that there is nudity and frank sexual expression on the blog.

Can't post a link here, but if you just google "breast obsessed gigantomastia" and you'll find the post right away. :)

In some universe which is created entirely by male hopes and dreams, there's a parade downtown everyday where everyone is a famous baseball player and the floats are all made by those guys on Monster Garage. And all women have four bountiful breasts.
