I have data that demonstrates without a large standard error that turning on the TV after 10 pm results in sleep within half an hour. Do you think it can be published as a scientific study on the soporific effects of radiation? Correlation is not causation.

Yes I read somewhere that did the tests in many country as part of a UN program. However I do not think it covered all the countries. But I am guessing that anyone who can study Electrical Engineering and get A grade would be smart enough at the level that equalizes across the countries or gender. My other reasoning is that while you may find higher IQed students in that EE population, because there are other opportunities such that they will move to those opportunities leaving the like minded or like IQed students behind.
Its odd how when Jews tend to score higher on intelligence tests than whites its usually attributed to an increased genetic predisposition but when other people score less than whites and someone brings it up they get in hot water. Even if they happen to be one of the people who discovered how genetics works. The disrespect given to this fellow astounds me.
