Black-Hat hackers are the epitome of all that is good and righteous at least that's popular believe. Black-hats are suggested to have no moral fibre and are willing to do whatever it takes to lie, cheat and steal. Black-hats are known to be vandals by being destructive to subsystems and their reasons for hacking can include but by no means limited to:
Terrorism
Fraud
Theft
Espionage
Anarchy
