    Is that real or faked?
    If the chameleon changes colour so quickly to match the glasses why wasn't it the same colour as the table it was on at the start?

    Whilst the video in question is fake, I do take issue with some of the things the Snopes site said.


    I went looking around the interweb for some real chameleon videos. There’s plenty out there and from watching those I think that chameleons definitely can change colour quickly and spectacularly! Just not in the way depicted in the faked video. They mostly seem to have multicoloured patterns, such as stripes, dots and splotches. The brightness of the different colours they can produce is amazing.
