This is some of the most impressive horsemanship I have ever witnessed. A saddle-less and bridle-less reining pattern, a memorial tribute by a young woman who not long before had lost her father and mentor.

That mad Me cry . The communication between beast and human was so unbelievable . I want the world to wake up humans being part of and not separate . Your example is absolutely beautiful. The interaction is astounding!

Me 1st. cousin Frances was a famous trick rider . She came from Portales New Mexico. She grew up on the Greathouse Massa Ranch . Me Uncle Charley wrote a book about the events of the times . Kind of dry but extremely factual . Pictures of Frances are in the book and well she is dead now so it is good I got the book . I wonder if the internet has anything to say about Frances . I have always suspected that she knew Trixie who was one of the other Hollywood type trick riders back in the day . Trixie was from Montana and there is still a bar in the Potomac named for her. It was her bar . I think it is still open ?

I didn't understand a bit of it. (English would be nice).

It's a monster and maiden tale; a guy sets out in a Skoda 100 and finds himself in Moravia, where some village people are frightened of a swamp monster that eats Czech tourists. So he gets an airplane, defeats the monster, marries a local girl, and wins half the farm.

A rough translation of the lyrics is available from Yahoo Answers.

In recent years, apparently "Jozin z Bazin" has become something of a cult sensation.

Apparently, his name is Ivo, and you can get a t-shirt.

This one is on a happy theme, Me-Ki-Gal, and there are a number of other acts on-going simultaneously. You should find this one to be fun. :)

Thanks, knowing how to find and translate lyrics is a good to know thing.

And then there is this

The thing is that not two weeks ago my father was asking, over dinner or something, who the best living guitarist was. I gave most of the usual answers. But then I saw this particular performance of "For the Love of God", with Steve Vai in front of an orchestra.

I sent my father the link and hold the question answered.

Or is there something I've missed?

I mean, you have to understand. This is probably the first time I've ever felt the question so unquestionably answered. And, you know, if you're a guy and into rock and roll, the question is a fairly common occurrence.
