Your name-and why!

Robot...BlueSoulRobot

Hey, cool thread, I thought I'd never get asked.

Well, I've been reading Isaac Asimov lately, and I've always marvelled at the way he can portray a robot being just as human as we are. Therefore, I came up with %BlueSoulRobot%, partially because there's a stereotype as robots with no humanity, all the "Yes Master" and "Asta Lavista baby" junk, so I liked the idea of a robot with soul and compassion, because when that happens, it will be a glorious day.

- The "Blue" is because I thought it would make it even more "soulful". I would have also gone with Indigo, or Alabaster, but Blue also has other meanings.
- The %'s are just because I thought they'd look cool, hehehe.
 
illusion is a nickname an ex of mine gave me..He said the whole time we were together I was still partly an illusion

the temporary bit came in when I wanted to make it my yahoo nick, but illusion was taken, so I added the temporary_, and here I am today :)

I was watching Discovery channel and there was a rattlesnake eating a rat and then I remembered the lab mice in school and the cages with the gerbiles near the lab mice and it all mixed up in my head so there was "blood" and "gerbile", but I'm not sure where I got the "sucking" part... :bugeye:

My name started out as ShadowLegions, but it was too long and clunky, so it became Legion for a while (about a week) and then turned to Lesion, (a long thin gash in the flesh), since it was easier to say, and sounded cooler. the 42 comes from the Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and was added when "Lesion" was already taken on hotmail, so I just made all of my screen names match my account's.:)
 
I was reading ancient mythology on one page and signing up at sciforums at the samr time. When I got to user id for sciforums, I was up to the part about the ferryman of the dead in the river styx.
 
Hans is my name. The MRC prefix comes from the Combat Flight Simulator world, its a squadron prefix. I've been using that handle in the flight sim community and I thought I'd keep it, so if any old friends passed by, they'd recognize me.

At school was in a play as an Inca Princess, i'm really girly and my full name is too long so my nick name was inka coz i "swanned about like an Ican Princess"
