http://hrw.org/reports/2005/iopt0605/1.htmBetween September 29, 2000, and November 30, 2004, more than 1600 Palestinian civilians not involved in hostilities, including at least 500 children, were killed by Israeli security forces, and thousands more were seriously injured.8 The IDF informed Human Rights Watch that as of May 10, 2004, it had criminally investigated just seventy-four alleged cases of unlawful use of lethal force, less than 5 percent of the civilian deaths in nearly four years of what is commonly known as the al-Aqsa intifada, or uprising.9 As of June 6, 2005, the IDF had not responded to a February 2005 request for updated information on indictments and convictions since its May 2004 communication.
Nope, I predicted it would be a memrible event and it was.
Honestly I pretty much am trying to teach them to think for themselves. My oldest is at an age where he is pretty impressionable and is starting to follow in some footsteps of kids I rather not. By that I don't mean the race of the kids but the behaviour of them.
I think they hear what I am saying at the time, but don't take much note of it. It is not like I am drilling ideas in their head, I am just speaking out loud usually to nietzsche.
If they took what I said to heart I would imagine that they wouldn't have the friends that they do. I haven't heard them speak badly towards any race yet.
SAM.. you already asked your friend about this. Why is it still being discussed ?
Why are you guys so afraid to ask questions?
I generally ask people what I want to know.
Maybe my friend is biased, anyway, its a good question. Why are you guys so afraid to ask questions?

So I went to the grocery store tonight and this Polish woman was screaming at her kid (boy about 6) Then she was dragging him by the arm to hurry up. I could hear her still from the next isle over. Then when I was loading up my car she came out and started smacking him before he got in the car. I know they were polish because I understand some of the language.
So I ran into a rather miserable Pollack today..
Since this thread I seem to be running into them the last couple days, wierd.
did you stop them?

How I loathe today's pussified parents and their comical "timeout" threats. Oh now, not the corner! Sorry, it seems I've gone off on a tangent.
