where to submit a theory

So I have a theory that may be correct. I would like to publish or send my theory to a journal but I dont know how and or what journal to publish to, Where and how should i publish my theory?

note: I have not done any experiments on my theory(unable to) will it be ok to just send in my equation and what it is suppose to prove or should i find a way to do and experiment?
