I thought the remake of Godzilla was very good. At least Tokyo didn't get destroyed again.![]()
That is true. As for Tokyo always being attacked by giant monsters..i'm pretty sure that also contributes to Japan's high suicide rates.

Unfortunatlly you are right on all those points, it's a sad, sad statement about the movie industry. After i saw " I Am Legend" i wanted my money back plus tax and all the money i spent at the concesion stands.

Would you watch the 76 remake of King Kong over the 05. Or just stick with the classic 1933 version? That friggin' Matthew Broderick remake??
Dude, I should report you for trolling. Just kidding.
But seriously, I thought that movie totally sucked, as did the King Kong remake with Jack Black.

What about being stalked by flesh eating dinosaurs in the Jurassic Park series?![]()
The book and first Film were great but with any series too many sequals just kills it.
For me the books are always better. Ifound this out the hard way. I read Pet Semetary hated the film) However The Green Mile still brings tears to my eyes both book and film every time.
Loved the 33 and 05 versions, just didn't care much for the 76 version.Well, the Fay Wray version is the best, of course...
But, I was just coming into puberty when Jessica Lange did the '76 remake, so I have a spot in my heart for that particular remake. She was hot.
All other remakes sucked, in my opinion.
What can i say i'm a fan of Stephen King. However i haven't seen Christine or Carrie yet(still reading Christine, need to find a copy of Carrie)Damn! I'm beginning to think you've almost seen as many movies as I have. No <Just Kidding>![]()

I can understand were you're coming from. Many a time i have found myself watcing low-grade horror flims for one reason, My little head is thinking more than my big one. It doesn't help that all the horror movies out there cast sexy young women for parts in those films for that target demographic.

One King movie. I loved was about a author who wrecks in winter. An has a terrible nurse. Can't think of the title.
An the other 2 titles I liked might be critters or munchers where they eat the past. An this plane went through a worm hole an the people struggle to get back to the present..
An pet cemetery...
