also to include quoted replies in a quoted reply.

so if James has quoted someone, that quote would appear in this post of mine as well..it's important for some replies to be coherent.

Agreed.
I can never find one that expresses the sense of disappointment I feel over not finding the emoticon I want. ;)

Can't you get an autocomplete add-on for FireFox?
(Or whichever browser you're using).
 
I would like to see a list of the top 5-10 people with the most posts, the most threads started, the most reports against/made, highest average post per day, longest active members ...
Maybe even a list of moderators and such, a one stop look at who is responsible for what relating to the operation of this sight. That is if these don't already exist.

Ok more realistic, let's just start small with explosions of dynamic mindmaps, growing in a gazillobyte selective-telepathy/empathy virtual incubator/nueral-network AI. We can wait a few weeks after that to Upload- see how things are going first.

a way to link bans to tags to ban people from certain topics if they have shown an inability to add to that topic or can't do so in a civil manner
 
I would like a button installed, at the top of my page, that I can hit, that lists the threads that have had posts in them that where I have recently posted in them. (in other forums it's called the "replies to your posts" button.)
