im really not that interested in a legal proof with the rules of evidence. Im waiting for her to put up something of substance which concidering the low expectations or evidence HERE would go some way towards convincing ME that the jury got it wrong.

If i was saying he was inocent after he had been found guilty i would be lumped with the same burden yet it REALLY irritates me when people who are aquited of a crime are treated like they were found guility anyway just because they were charged. No one seems to rember that both our sociaties were founded on an INOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY principle
 
ours has changed. Now, it's guilty unless you can pay enough. Or unless, you are crazy. If you don't pay enough, guilty you are. If you are innocent, more often than not, the court of public opinion was the only one that ever mattered anyway. Maybe if we disabled all forms of broadcasting signals to communicate, it would change the way things work.

I've never heard about that story, but that's probably because I was little at the time it occurred. There was definitely something wrong with their relationship is she hacked his penis off and then threw it away. Sounds like she was mad about something. It should make one suspicious. You don't get revenge on people who did nothing to you.

No, revenge is not justified. But was she a sociopath before she was 'alledgedly' raped or only after the accusation?
When I was 12 my little brother erased all of the progress I had made on a really hard video game, I was mad and took out my revenge by erasing all of the games he had been playing. Normally I would have never done that, but I wanted him to suffer, like I had. While I don't think cutting off a person's penis is justified and should be punishable, I can understand her motives.
 
She has been punished. Went to jail as I recall. Some hoopdedoo a few years back about her getting out or something.

I'm assuming he did something that made her very angry. Even crazy people have their reasons. I don't know anything about this case I was barley starting elementary school when it happened, just like OJ's first case 13 ought years ago I have no valid opinion. I just remember my mother watching it on TV.
