Here is my question, why didn't "angels" prevent this girl from getting sick to start off with, why would angels allow this girl to become so sick that she almost died? Did your "god" want this girl to be sick as well and make her this way?
I possess a full measure of healthy skepticism myself, along with a penchant for logical critical analysis, but in a situation like this I say let the mother have her faith free from such intrusions because she clearly needs it, and probably deserves it too.
